 Introduction
Net4Nuts Limited ("Net4Nuts"), a company that runs its unique mobile email service offering named "MeOnGo", respects the privacy of all MeOnGo users. In order to use this service, individual or enterprise users ("Users") would need to create their account by visiting the MeOnGo website (www.meongo.com). This account creation process requires Users to register some of their Personal / Enterprise information.
The draft herein represents the manner in which Net4Nuts will collect and use private and confidential information submitted by users in course of their registration at MeOnGO website and later during accessing and using MeOnGo service.
Your Acceptance
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully in detail. By accepting this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, you agree to have understood all the clauses clearly. You hereby give your consent and authorize Net4Nuts to collect and use the information provided by you for the purpose stated hereinunder. You also agree to abide strictly by all the requirements for using MeOnGo service.

Information
Information is sub-divided into two categories viz., Personal/Enterprise Information and Information derived from Cookies.
- Personal/Enterprise Information ("Information")
When you register for MeOnGo service from MeOnGo website (http://www.meongo.com), you will be asked to fill-in information that may include information such as Name, Email Address(es), Password(s), Mobile Number(s), Age, Gender, Address, Company details, Credit Card Number, etc. Please note that registration is mandatory for using MeOnGo service, and you promise to submit all true information. The MeOnGo website has the necessary provisions to allow you to view and update your information.
- Information derived from cookies ("Cookies")
A cookie is a text file, very small in size, which MeOnGo web server can store on your computer or on your mobile. Cookies in particular would enable your browser to remember your password(s) thereby allowing you to automatically log-in to MeOnGo after registering once. You will need to be ensure that the browser of your computer and of your mobile is enabled to accept cookies while using MeOnGo.

Use of Information
Information submitted by you during your registration process at MeOnGo website, and information derived from Cookies while you use the MeOnGo service will be used by Net4Nuts solely to provide you good service, respond to your queries, study your usage pattern, understand your preferences, and meet legal requirements.
Upon your request and/or choice to opt-in for receiving alerts, Net4Nuts may also use your Information to connect MeOnGo with third party offerings on your behalf, to retrieve the requested information or to check for new information (alerts). Net4Nuts will however not be responsible for any matters whatsoever in this connection or for your interactions, directly or indirectly with any third party.

Protection of Information
Net4Nuts does not sell or rent Information collected through your association with the MeOnGo service. Net4Nuts will not make your Information available to any third party unless it has your consent to do the same. Also, Net4Nuts will not view, read, store or transfer your communication transmitted through MeOnGo except for purposes of legal compliances or troubleshooting.

Sharing of Information
Net4Nuts may share your Information with any other company only when Net4Nuts acquires, is acquired by, or is merged with any such company. However, Net4Nuts will inform you about any such scenario atleast one week in advance. In any such scenario, in case you continue using the service, it will be deemed to be understood that you have read, understood and accepted any new privacy policy, and any new terms and conditions.
Net4Nuts will need to share your Information if it is so required as per any court-order or as part of any legal procedure.

Credit Card Details
MeOnGo uses PayPal for accepting and processing credit card transactions. Your credit card transactions interact directly with the highly secured PayPal payment gateway. Upon successful execution of each credit card payment made by you through MeOnGo website, PayPal will send you an email confirming such transaction.

Security of Information
Net4Nuts has appropriate infrastructure and has implemented proper measures to safeguard the Information and interests of all users of MeOnGo service. However, while Net4Nuts strives to keep all Information secure, it cannot guarantee protection against any unauthorized disclosure of any Information. Under no circumstances would Net4Nuts be responsible for any loss of Information.

Disclaimer
You will be yourself responsible for all your acts while using MeOnGo mobile email service offered by Net4Nuts. Its your responsibility to keep your password and other details confidential. Net4Nuts will not be liable for any claims of damages by anyone at any point in time.

Policy Changes
Net4Nuts may keep modifying this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. Information regarding any change in the draft existing at that point in time will be appropriately posted on MeOnGo website. Moreover, the date of last modification would always be indicated at the top of the privacy policy draft.
